Since 2018 we have designed, built and executed luxury events across Barcelona, Monaco and worldwide â 240+ productions in 11+ countries for brands including Red Bull, Maserati and Dom Pérignon. Official partner of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya F1 Weekend, staging for 300,000+ attendees.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>The house is growing fast. Last year alone: 33 events, 11 countries. Growth at this pace is built on people â the team that specifies every element, and the crews that make the night run itself. We are opening our first People & Culture Manager role to build the structure that growth demands, without losing what makes this place a home.</span></p><p><br></p><p><em>Casa</em><span> means home. That has always applied to our guests. Your job is to make sure it applies, permanently, to our team.</span></p><p><br></p><span>The role</span><p><span>You will own people end to end at Casa Très â from the first conversation with a candidate to the way the team feels on the Monday after a build week. You report directly to the founders and work from our Barcelona office in Poble Nou.<br></span></p><span>01 â Talent & hiring</span><ul><li><span>Own recruitment across production, creative and operations: brief, source, interview, close.</span></li><li><span>Build the talent pipeline for a house that produces across 11+ countries â including the freelance crews, technicians and specialists our productions depend on.</span></li><li><span>Design onboarding that gets new people from signed contract to confident on-site, quickly.</span></li></ul><span>02 â Culture & experience</span><ul><li><span>Protect and shape the culture as the team grows: rituals, communication, the standard of hospitality we extend inward, not just outward.</span></li><li><span>Own the employee experience through the realities of event production â intense build weeks, travel, seasonal peaks â and design recovery and balance into the calendar.</span></li><li><span>Plan the internal moments: team gatherings, reviews of the season, the way wins are marked.</span></li></ul><span>03 â Development & performance</span><ul><li><span>Build a simple, honest performance framework: clear expectations, regular feedback, real conversations.</span></li><li><span>Map growth paths so people can see their next role inside the house.</span></li><li><span>Identify training needs across production, technical and client-facing teams, and organise the learning to meet them.</span></li></ul><span>04 â HR operations & compliance</span><ul><li><span>Run the HR foundations: contracts, payroll coordination, holidays, absence, records.</span></li><li><span>Ensure compliance with Spanish employment law, and coordinate with advisors on cross-border work in Monaco, France and beyond.</span></li><li><span>Own the policies â written once, written clearly â and the tools and processes that keep people operations running without friction.<br></span></li></ul><span>Who we are looking for</span><ul><li><span>[3â5+] years in HR, people operations or a generalist people role â ideally in events, hospitality, agency or another fast-moving, project-based environment.</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR administration.</span></li><li><span>Fluent English and Spanish. French is a plus â Monaco is our second address.</span></li><li><span>Comfortable being the first dedicated people person: building structure from scratch, hands-on, without a playbook.</span></li><li><span>High discretion, warmth and judgement.
