Sales Operations Support Lead

We are seeking a detail-driven Sales Ops Support Lead to own sales operations systems, processes, and data integrity. In this role, you will manage ERP enhancements, drive process standardization, and ensure accurate customer, pricing, and salesperson data. General Duties and Responsibilities: * Define priorities and use cases for ERP enhancements, system requests, and issue management to align with business objectives. * Establish ownership and documentation standards for SOPs and work instructions, ensuring processes are consistent, accurate, and easily accessible. * Build and maintain an audit framework to monitor process compliance, data integrity, and operational standards across the organization. * Support and drive the automation roadmap and change management standards to improve efficiency and scalability in sales operations. * Enforce data governance policies for customer records, pricing files, and salesperson codes to maintain accuracy and compliance. * Standardize EDI onboarding and transaction processes to ensure consistent and efficient execution. * Partner with leadership to govern ERP enhancements, requests, and issue resolution, collaborating with IT and Operations on system and process improvements. * Maintain, update, and own SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. * Lead EDI onboarding and support ongoing transaction operations to ensure smooth and reliable workflows. * Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process optimization. * Partner with cross-functional teams to implement automation initiatives, maintain operational stability, and drive standardization across the organization. * Monitor dashboards, performance trends, and operational metrics to proactively address issues and ensure data integrity. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * 5+ years in sales operations, ERP/EDI management, process improvement, or operational analytics, ideally in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. * Proven ability to manage ERP enhancements, system requests, and issue resolution. * Experience establishing SOPs, work instructions, audit frameworks, and data governance for customer, pricing, and salesperson records. * Skilled in driving automation initiatives, change management, and process standardization. * Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, translating operational data into actionable recommendations. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects. * Collaborative, partnering effectively with IT, Operations, Sales, and leadership teams. * Proficient with ERP, CRM, BI, dashboarding, and reporting tools. * Data-driven and metrics-oriented, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
