Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Manage and organize email and inbox, including sorting, flagging, responding, and following up on correspondence</li><li> Maintain and coordinate calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and sending reminders</li><li> Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously</li><li> Prepare, format, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports</li><li> Provide general administrative support and complete ad hoc tasks as assigned<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>About the Role<br><br></strong>We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative and communication support.
