The Team & Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Data & AI Marketing Lead to join our marketing operations team. Reporting to the Senior Data & AI Marketing Manager, this role sits at the intersection of data quality, marketing automation and inbound lead management, keeping the commercial engine running cleanly and efficiently. You'll own the health of our HubSpot CRM, manage inbound lead qualification and routing, and support events, campaigns and the SDR team operationally. We need someone who notices when something doesn't look right and takes ownership of fixing it, precise, process-driven, and curious about how CRM and automation systems work. Key Responsibilities Inbound lead management & qualification: Own the qualification, routing and response of inbound leads through HubSpot, ensuring every lead is correctly categorised, attached to the right company record and directed to the appropriate team. Produce monthly pipeline reports to support commercial visibility. CRM data quality & hygiene: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our HubSpot CRM data, including contact associations, missing field resolution, regulatory ID management and company record clean-up. Own data hygiene workflows, incorporate regular data updates, and support new starter onboarding with basic CRM training. Event operations support: Provide operational support across marketing events, from processing form submissions and managing attendee lists through to post-event follow-up, contact enrichment checks, and deal creation workflows in HubSpot. HubSpot backend operations & workflow support: Support the day-to-day running of the HubSpot backend, including workflows, imports and forms, ensuring existing processes remain functional and flagging any gaps that could affect lead flow or data integrity. Data requests, reporting & SDR enablement: Handle ad hoc data requests across marketing and sales, including merge queries, exclusion lists and basic reporting. Build segments and audience views for the SDR team, email campaigns and paid media, and create deals in HubSpot as needed. Requirements: 1–2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience: contact and company management, list building, workflow creation and basic reporting. HubSpot certifications are a plus but not required. Demonstrable data accuracy and attention to detail: A track record of owning data quality, spotting errors and improving processes, whether in a formal role or a project context. Familiarity with marketing operations workflows: 1+ years in a Marketing Ops, CRM or RevOps support role, or a relevant degree, with a working understanding of inbound lead flows and why data quality matters for sales and reporting. Comfort with enrichment and prospecting tools: Exposure to tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms Is desirable. An appetite to learn new tools quickly is essential, this team works at the edge of what marketing technology can do. Sector Interest: A genuine interest in the UK social care sector and how technology can improve interoperability. Mindset: Able to triage competing requests, communicate clearly under pressure, and push back constructively when needed. Experience supporting an SDR or sales team is an advantage.
