Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a talented Swedish Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, providing exceptional support to Swedish-speaking clients. As part of our customer support team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records. Collaborate with various departments to address complex customer concerns. Stay current on product and service knowledge to offer accurate information. Participate in continuous training to improve service delivery and product understanding. Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage. Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach. Familiarity with CRM tools and computer proficiency. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Willingness to work in Bulgaria and adapt to the local work environment.
