This role is ideal for a highly analytical and operationally strong professional who understands the complexities of textile and fashion supply chains across <strong>Turkey, Canada, and the United States</strong>.</p><p>As an early-stage startup, we are looking for someone who is excited to grow with the business and contribute beyond a traditional role definition. This position is designed for a candidate who believes in the long-term potential of the company and is open to being part of that journey from an early stage.</p><p><strong>Compensation Structure</strong></p><p> This is a <strong>startup-stage opportunity</strong> with a compensation model centered primarily around <strong>equity vesting</strong>. In addition, compensation may be provided on a <strong>contract / invoice basis</strong> as work is billed and delivered. We are looking for someone who understands the realities of an early-stage venture and values the upside of building with the company over time.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations for Wardrobe</li><li>Manage inventory planning, tracking, and replenishment processes</li><li>Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improve performance</li><li>Support vendor, logistics, and fulfillment coordination across multiple markets</li><li>Ensure timely movement of goods and resolve supply chain or delivery issues proactively</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to maintain smooth operations</li><li>Monitor and support cross-border supply chain requirements between Turkey, Canada, and the US</li><li>Contribute to process development for scalable and efficient marketplace operations</li><li>Support compliance awareness related to textile trade, import/export flows, and applicable tax considerations</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience in <strong>Supply Chain Management</strong>, <strong>Inventory Management</strong>, and <strong>Operations Management</strong></li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and implement improvements</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li><li>Solid understanding of supply chain dynamics in <strong>Turkey, Canada, and the United States</strong></li><li>Familiarity with <strong>textile industry logistics</strong>, cross-border trade flows, and broad tax considerations related to textiles</li><li>Experience with supply chain platforms, ERP systems, or operational software is an asset</li><li>Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Relevant certifications such as <strong>CPIM</strong> or <strong>CSCP</strong> are considered an advantage</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote role</li><li><strong>Must be based in Toronto</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Profile</strong></p><ul><li> We are looking for someone who is disciplined, resourceful, and motivated by the opportunity to help build an early-stage company from the ground up.
