<p><strong>Business Analyst (SAP Finance) - India - Remote</strong><br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Fully Remote from India<br><br><strong>Working Hours:</strong> <strong>Must be able to provide significant overlap with Canadian business hours, with availability until at least</strong> <strong>3:00 PM EST</strong></p><p><br><strong>Contract:</strong> 6 months contract</p><p><br><strong>MUST have 8+ years as a Business Analyst with strong experience in SAP Finance<br><br>Seeking Immediate joiners <br><br>Overview</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">Our consulting client is seeking an experienced <strong>Business Analyst with strong SAP Finance functional expertise</strong> to support business and technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.</p><p class="MsoNormal">The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of <strong>SAP Finance (FI)</strong> and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, translate business needs into functional requirements, and support successful delivery.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, as the Business Analyst will work with teams across both Canada and international locations.<br><br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and requirements.</p></li><li><p>Leverage strong functional knowledge of <strong>SAP Finance</strong> to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.</p></li><li><p>Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.</p></li><li><p>Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.</p></li><li><p>Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, and other technology teams.</p></li><li><p>Support requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation activities.</p></li><li><p>Participate in workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings.</p></li><li><p>Identify business process gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.</p></li><li><p>Support the development and execution of test scenarios and user acceptance testing (UAT).</p></li><li><p>Assist with issue identification, analysis, and resolution throughout the project lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Maintain clear and accurate project and requirements documentation.</p></li><li><p>Communicate project updates, requirements, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders.</p></li></ul>
