Lifecycle Marketing Lead The Role Lyrebird Health empowers clinicians to increase the standard of care they deliver to patients. This role will drive the engagement and retention of clinicians on the platform, building out the end to end lifecycle experience, the experiment roadmap, the marketing technology and the insights and analytics that enable it. You will own and deploy programs across the full clinician lifecycle including onboarding, activation, engagement, feature adoption, and resurrection. You will be accountable for incremental lifts in activation rate, feature adoption and habituation, active retention, and reactivation rate. This is the first lifecycle hire on the global marketing team, a foundational moment to build an AI-native lifecycle function from the ground up. This is a high impact owner / operator role, with significant influence on business outcomes and decisions. Being able to understand customers and problem solve at a high level, while also being able to (and wanting to) implement programs, optimisations, and be hands on tools with your partners is critical to success in this role. About Us Lyrebird Health is building the medical intelligence layer for modern healthcare. Today, we offer a clinical AI platform purpose-built to elevate the standard of care across all clinical settings. The platform brings together ambient realtime document creation, intelligent document management and clinical workflow automation, native patient data integrations across siloed health systems, and a patient and clinical communications layer. This system delivers better patient outcomes. By empowering clinicians with higher quality and more three-dimensional patient information at the right time, lightening the clinician's mental load during consults, automating comms that increase velocity of action around a patient, and keeping the patient in the loop the entire time; the experience of delivering, and receiving care, are being completely transformed. Every year in Australia, ~3000 people die from preventable medical errors. Not from incurable diseases, but from misdiagnosis, missing information, and clinicians making decisions under impossible circumstances. This transformation can't come fast enough. What you'll do Own the full clinician lifecycle from activation through to long-term retention, with the engagement rates, feature adoption depth, and retention numbers to prove it's working. Build and run onboarding programs that get clinicians to their first magic moment on the platform fast, so the habit forms before it has a chance not to. Design and deploy engagement programs that deepen daily workflow integration and surface the right features to the right segments at the right time. Build the experimentation engine: ideate, brief, run, and learn from tests at a pace that compounds learning rate over time. Engineer feedback loops that bring customer insight back into the lifecycle program, so campaigns get smarter with every cycle. Report on and socialise core lifecycle KPIs (and the underlying hypotheses, insights and learnings) to not only attribute incrementality, but to fine tune the business’ understanding of customer needs and educate new lifecycle programs, product strategy, partnership strategy, and sales and GTM strategy. Work alongside brand, product marketing, creative, product and engineering, data analytics, customer success and sales teams to build cohesive campaigns and experiences that resonate across touch points. What you'll bring Hands-on experience owning lifecycle or CRM programs and optimising across onboarding, engagement, and retention. You've built the campaigns, not just overseen them. Strong analytical and experimentation capability: you're comfortable in the data, building models, designing and running sound experiments, and drawing conclusions that lead to real decisions. Deep fluency in a modern ESP or marketing automation platform (Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). A track record of improving lifecycle efficiency over time: better activation, deeper feature adoption, lower churn, not just more sends. Experience working across the full clinician or customer lifecycle, with an understanding of how early onboarding decisions affect long-term retention downstream. An AI-native and systems-level instinct: you look for leverage, automate what can be automated, and build operations that scale without adding headcount. Nice to have Experience in Australian healthcare or working with healthcare practitioners as a target audience. Dashboarding experience in Tableau or Sigma. The work you do here directly affects how many clinicians have the time, clarity, and confidence to care for their patients well.
