We are looking for, on behalf of our client — a leading music intellectual property rights organization in Greece — an IT Project Manager to drive strategic technology initiatives. This is a key leadership role sitting at the intersection of IT management, vendor governance and project delivery. Role Description Define project scope, timelines, and success criteria while proactively estimating resources, budgets, and potential risks. Act as the primary liaison between business and IT to gather requirements, manage expectations, and clearly communicate project status. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective task management. Drive execution by monitoring progress, resolving project blockers, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time. Oversee quality assurance and validation processes to ensure all deliverables meet strict business requirements and organizational standards. Manage the project through to successful closure by coordinating operational handovers, finalizing documentation, and facilitating end-user training. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully leading end-to-end software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2) highly preferred. Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable IT deliverables. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating a track record of effectively coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
