If you require reasonable accommodation to complete our application or interview process, please let us know.<h2 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:24px;margin-bottom:5px;">Responsibilities</h2><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns across assigned client accounts.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Assist in identifying and recruiting affiliate partner, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing communication under the guidance of senior team members.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Monitor affiliate campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Prepare recurring reports and performance updates for internal teams and clients.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain accurate campaign documentation, partner records, and reporting dashboards.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions while developing account management and client communication skills.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and partner communications to support campaign launches, partner activations, and promotional initiatives, ensuring they launch successfully and on schedule.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Stay current on affiliate marketing trends, industry developments, affiliate platforms, and emerging partnership opportunities.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Hit project deadlines while maintaining utilization goals.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Deliver a reliable, solutions-oriented approach to helping clients grow through affiliate partnerships and performance marketing initiatives.</li></ul><h2 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:24px;margin-bottom:5px;">Required Skills</h2><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, influencer marketing, performance marketing, account management, or a related field.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Familiarity with affiliate marketing tracking technologies, including cookies, tracking pixels, affiliate links, attribution methodologies, and insertion orders.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience using analytics platforms, reporting tools, and spreadsheets to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify actionable insights.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels, conversion metrics, customer acquisition strategies, and affiliate marketing best practices.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Understanding of how affiliate partnerships support broader business and marketing objectives.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, PartnerStack, Awin, Amazon Associates, Everflow, or similar affiliate networks.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a fully remote environment.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience working in Google Workspace and project management systems.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in campaign execution and reporting.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comfortable participating in client meetings and presenting campaign performance updates with support from senior team members.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Previous experience supporting partner recruitment, business development initiatives, or publisher outreach efforts.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">PXA Industry Associate Certification or comparable affiliate marketing certification is a plus.</li></ul><h2 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:24px;margin-bottom:5px;">Salary Range</h2>Suggested salary range for this role: $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience, affiliate marketing expertise, partner recruitment experience, platform knowledge, client-facing experience, and agency background.
