Scope deliverables, set milestones, manage dependencies across teams, and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and quality standards.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Structure ambiguous problems into clear analyses and action plans. You're the person who builds the model, frames the trade-offs, and delivers a recommendation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help design and run the company's operating cadences â reporting cycles, planning processes, review rhythms.
