We work across strategy, content, campaigns, and events, operating as an embedded partner rather than a task-based service provider. 01 What You’ll Do<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Own and manage our social media presence across Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Discord, and emerging platforms relevant to our creator base.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Develop and execute a consistent content calendar — short-form video, long-form YouTube, carousels, stories, threads — with a clear understanding of what performs on each platform.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Manage and grow our Discord server — shaping community spaces, creator AMAs, announcements, and day-to-day moderation that keeps the conversation engaging and on-brand.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Appear on-camera as needed: interviews, POV content, event coverage, creator spotlights, and platform-led series.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Write, optimize, and refine scripts using AI tools — turning raw ideas into tight, platform-native content that hooks within the first three seconds.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Build and nurture our creator community through DMs, comments, Discord, and direct engagement.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Attend industry events, conventions, and activations to capture content and represent the brand authentically.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Track performance metrics across all channels and translate data into clear insights and actionable improvements.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Collaborate closely with the BrandButter creative team on campaign launches, seasonal moments, and creator-facing messaging.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Identify trends — in content formats, platform behavior, and the adult creator economy — and move fast when they're relevant.</li></ul><h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:19px;margin-bottom:5px;">02 What You Bring</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Demonstrated experience managing social media for a brand, creator, or platform with an engaged audience.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comfort and confidence on camera — whether scripted, spontaneous, or somewhere in between.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong grasp of short-form video production: framing, pacing, captioning, sound, and the intangibles that make something watchable.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience producing or managing YouTube content — both long-form and Shorts — including titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and retention strategy.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Discord fluency: server setup, channel management, bot configuration, community programming, and moderation at scale.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation — script writing, captioning, repurposing, image gen, or video optimization.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Copywriting chops: you write punchy, human, platform-appropriate text without sounding like a press release.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Data literacy: you know how to read analytics dashboards and you actually care about what they're telling you.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Flexibility to travel to events (domestic and international) and produce content independently in the field.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Professionalism and respect for sensitive or mature creative spaces.</li></ul>03  Tools & SkillsInstagram / Reels  ·  X / Twitter  ·  YouTube  ·  YouTube Shorts  ·  TikTok  ·  Discord  ·  CapCut / Premiere  ·  AI Scriptwriting  ·  ChatGPT / Claude  ·  Canva / Figma  ·  Analytics Dashboards  ·  Community Management  ·  On-Camera Performance  ·  Event Content04  The Vibe🎥  You pick up a phone and you make something worth watching.🧠  You're online, but you think before you post.🌐  You understand niche internet culture — and you respect it.✈️  You're ready to show up in person when it counts.📊  You obsess over performance without losing your creative instinct.🔒  You handle sensitive topics with discretion and authenticity.
