Contract Specialist: Ensures that contractual baselines meet with Federal law and applicable, regulations, policies, and standards. DIU specializes in agreements and contracts leveraging Other Transaction Authorities, predominately those authorized by 10 U.S.C section 4022.  In coordination with Program Management, develops and implements contractual direction on all agreements.
