Duration: June 9, 2026 – December 8, 2026 Must be located within Colombia Region Role Summary We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive and support the roadmap for Taco Bell’s enterprise marketing measurement and optimization platform. This role will lead execution of large, complex initiatives using agile methodology and bring a structured, experienced perspective to cross‑functional delivery. You will partner with business leaders and Data & Technology teams to ensure successful delivery, prioritization, and scaling of the marketing measurement platform. Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Management: Lead Agile scrum ceremonies and manage workflows across Data Science, Data Engineering, App Engineering, and MLOps teams. Create and manage JIRA boards, tickets, and backlog. Drive Product Delivery: Facilitate decisions on technical feasibility and implementation. Ensure delivery across model, pipeline, and application layers, including validation and production readiness. Project Timelines: Create and manage detailed timelines and roadmaps aligned to product priorities. Identify dependencies and critical path items to ensure timely delivery. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Data & Technology teams, and external vendors to align priorities and deliverables. Use of Tools: Leverage JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and roadmap tools for execution tracking. Work across Snowflake, AWS (S3, SageMaker), DBT pipelines, and MLFlow. Organization and Tracking: Maintain clear tracking of tasks, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. Ensure proper documentation in JIRA and Confluence. Technical Process Ownership: Support processes for model validation, retraining, pipeline updates, and releases. Communication: Provide clear updates and presentations on program status, risks, and next steps. Communicate effectively across technical and business audiences. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of project/program management experience. Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual whiteboarding tools. Experience with data platforms (Snowflake), AWS (S3/SageMaker), DBT, and ML pipelines. Proven track record leading complex data/technology initiatives from initiation through deployment. Strong Agile delivery experience, backlog management, and sprint execution. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify risks and drive resolution. Strong communication skills, including executive-level stakeholder engagement. Preferred Qualifications Scrum certification. Experience with marketing measurement / MMM platforms. Experience supporting data science or ML-based product delivery and MLOps workflows. Experience with large-scale platform rollout or transition to various support models.
