Oversee the e-commerce platform, ensuring functionality and performance. Implement digital marketing strategies to boost traffic and conversion rates. Manage day-to-day operations including order processing and inventory logistics. Analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Enhance the customer experience from browsing to checkout. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business goals. Evaluate and implement new technologies to stay competitive in the market. Requirements 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or 6+ years with a Master’s in relevant fields. Proven track record in e-commerce strategy development and implementation. Experience in managing e-commerce operations in large organizations. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and customer engagement. Familiarity with managing platforms and integrating technologies (ERP, CRM).
