In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire online sales ecosystem focused on driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your leadership will shape the e-commerce strategies and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless operations. You will lead website development initiatives, optimize user experience, and oversee digital marketing efforts. This position requires a strategic approach to integrate technology across various platforms while nurturing a customer-centric perspective throughout the shopping journey. \n Accountabilities Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive revenue. Oversee the e-commerce platform, ensuring functionality and performance. Implement digital marketing strategies to boost traffic and conversion rates. Manage day-to-day operations including order processing and inventory logistics. Analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Enhance the customer experience from browsing to checkout. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business goals. Evaluate and implement new technologies to stay competitive in the market. Requirements 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or 6+ years with a Master’s in relevant fields. Proven track record in e-commerce strategy development and implementation. Experience in managing e-commerce operations in large organizations. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and customer engagement. Familiarity with managing platforms and integrating technologies (ERP, CRM). Experience working in regulated industries is a plus. Excellent analytical skills to monitor performance data and KPIs. Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $145,000 to $290,000.
