This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about driving business growth within an assigned market. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support day-to-day operations within your assigned market Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and driver partners Assist in driver onboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements Help drivers increase trip volume through strategic planning and support Monitor market performance and contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets Execute operational tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Minimum of 5 years experience in operations support and/or management Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong client management experience, handling both customers and partners Highly tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to execute tasks efficiently and follow through with minimal supervision Goal-driven with a strong focus on achieving monthly revenue targets Willing to work remotely on the US Eastern Time (ET) schedule Nice to Have Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and suggest improvements Experience in logistics, transportation, or marketplace operations What We’re Looking For Someone who is passionate, proactive, and dedicated to business growth A team player who can take ownership of their market and drive results A problem-solver who can think strategically and act quickly
