Role Overview This is a senior programme delivery role operating at executive level, responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, complex programme from mobilisation through to operational readiness and live service. The role requires an individual capable of operating at board level, managing multi-workstream delivery across diverse teams, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders, vendors, and governance bodies. This is not a standard project management role, it requires proven programme leadership experience at scale, with full accountability for delivery, governance, and outcomes. Candidates must demonstrate experience delivering programmes through full test cycles (SIT, FAT, SAT), ORT, pilot, and go-live phases, with accountability for operational readiness and client-facing delivery.
