You will work in an agile setting with teams from Support, Customer Success and the People team to constantly build, deliver and iterate on ideas.</li></ul>What you will need to be successful here:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">1-2+ years of experience in HR administration, customer support, or operations (EdTech or remote environment preferred).</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Highly proficient in Zendesk (or similar ticketing systems) and comfortable managing a high volume of support tickets.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Scrappy, resourceful, and willing to "get your hands dirty" in the data to solve problems.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to communicate professionally, build trust, and maintain confidentiality.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Available Monday-Friday for a consistent group of hours for 20 - 25 hours per week, 4-5 hours per day. (will work with manager to set schedule)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Relationship builder with excellent organization, time management and strong attention to detail</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">This is a part-time role with variable hours based on business needs and the traditional K-12 academic calendar.
