About the Role Do you spend your free time in Claude Code? Do you try every new model the day it drops to vibe-code your way through life? Do you have more conversations with Claude than with most humans you know? And do you want a chance to turn those instincts into an actual job? We're hiring a Product Operations Associate to help our product team build, deploy, and maintain a growing fleet of AI agents that make us faster, sharper, and more focused on the work that matters. This is a junior role designed for someone early in their career who is genuinely fluent in modern AI tools — not someone who has read about them, but someone who uses them constantly and naturally reaches an LLM before reaching a spreadsheet. You'll sit inside the product organization and serve as the connective tissue between product managers, designers, engineers, and the rest of the company. You'll handle the classic Product Ops responsibilities — backlog hygiene, analytics, release coordination, internal training, documentation — but with a twist: wherever possible, you'll build agents to do the work for you, then teach the rest of the team how to use them. Think of yourself less as a coordinator and more as a force multiplier with a Claude API key. What You'll Do Build and maintain internal AI agents and automations that handle recurring product team workflows — backlog grooming, release note drafting, customer feedback synthesis, ticket triage, competitive research, and whatever else we can offload to a well-prompted model Own backlog and roadmap hygiene across Jira and Confluence, using a mix of human judgment and AI-assisted tooling to keep tickets clean, prioritized, and traceable Run product analytics and reporting — pulling usage data, surfacing trends, and packaging insights for PMs and leadership in formats people will actually read Coordinate releases and communications, including release notes, internal enablement materials, and customer-facing summaries, with AI doing the first draft and you doing the editorial polish Train the organization on AI tooling — develop internal playbooks, run "lunch and learn" sessions, and help non-technical teammates get comfortable using Claude, Claude Code, and our internal agents in their daily work Maintain product documentation in Confluence, keeping our DUX2 space and related areas current, organized, and discoverable Support customer feedback loops by aggregating signal from Intercom, Fireflies, and other sources into structured insights the product team can act on Identify opportunities for new automations and prototype them quickly. If you find yourself doing the same thing twice, your next move is to build the agent that does it the third time Participate in product team rituals — sprint planning, retros, prioritization exercises — and help make them more efficient with the right tooling What You'll Bring Genuine, demonstrable fluency with modern AI tools. You don't just have a ChatGPT account — you have opinions about model releases, prompting techniques, agent frameworks, and which tool is best for which job Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding environments, ideally with personal projects, side projects, or "vibe-coded" experiments you can talk through Comfort with light scripting and configuration — Python, JavaScript, YAML, Markdown, MCP servers, API calls. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be unafraid of a terminal Strong written communication and a sense for what makes documentation useful versus useless Curiosity and self-direction — you find the next thing to automate before someone tells you to Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and modern SaaS product workflows, or the ability to learn them quickly Analytical mindset with the ability to pull, interpret, and present data without needing extensive hand-holding Collaborative working style — you'll be embedded across product, design, engineering, and customer-facing teams High attention to detail balanced with a bias toward shipping Adaptability in a fast-moving environment where the tools and workflows change frequently Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
