The Operations Analyst is a key member of the team supporting data management, and problem solving.   This person is detailed orientated, proficient in multitasking, adept at learning computer technologies and software, possess efficient organizational skills, and demonstrates a level of resilience when priorities shift.   This is a remote position. You must live in the United States to be considered for this role.     Key Responsibilities: * Accurately and efficiently enter purchase order receipts for designated warehouses into operating system. * Monthly inventory reconciliation for our outside warehouses. * Resolve product and lot discrepancies. * Approve outside warehouse logistic invoices. * Support the Operations team on special projects, initiatives, and other needs as defined. * Perform ongoing data entry and updates in operating system and other databases. * Other tasks and duties as assigned. * Support and adhere to all safety procedures and complete all required safety training. * Identify and support improvement opportunities for processes in order to support company objectives and customer expectations.   You Are Ideal for This Role If You: * Have a bias for action and like to take initiative. * Are a team-player, but also work well independently. * Have the willingness to learn and are personally driven to succeed.   Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position. * Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery. * Able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.   Experience and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree preferred.
