Job Purpose & Responsibilities: Reporting to the Sr Manager, Sales Operations, this key individual will handle various operational responsibilities such as reporting, dashboards, project management, software administration, and process development. As our Sales Operations Analyst, you will enhance the processes for Elo in a pivotal role that will evaluate and organize multiple data sources, providing direct support to our Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operational teams. * Report and provide insight to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the Sales Operations team. * Analyze data and provide important visualization and intelligence that clearly communicates complex data in a simple form to a non-technical audience. * Create easy-to-follow sales processes, maintain reporting on all sales metrics; including ensuring data is current and accessible * Collaborate with the IT unit to manage and ensure an effective CRM system that adds value and alignment within the organization * Develop and automate customized dashboards tailored to specific business and team needs * Support process improvement and system adoption projects to provide scalable reporting support. * Other reasonable directives, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Minimum Qualifications: * Minimum of three years of progressively increasing responsibilities in an analyst or similar role, preferably in the information technology sector * Demonstrated excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other Microsoft tools * Demonstrated business and financial acumen Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or similar area * Experience in SAP and Salesforce. Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $70,300 and $86,800 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
