Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot, Marketo, Email Automation, CRM – Remote, U.S. Hours)About the Role We’re hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build and optimize automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and lead management systems. In this role, you’ll design nurture sequences, email campaigns, and lead scoring models while ensuring seamless alignment between marketing and sales. If you’re experienced with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms, and enjoy combining data, automation, and campaign execution, this role is for you. ResponsibilitiesAutomation Workflows Build and optimize nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows Implement and refine lead scoring models Test workflows to ensure accurate triggers, logic, and execution Email Marketing Create, test, and deploy campaigns using: HubSpot Marketo Pardot ActiveCampaign Klaviyo Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs Ensure emails are responsive, accessible, and on-brand CRM & Sales Alignment Integrate automation platforms with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho) Ensure proper lead routing and handoff to sales teams Track campaign attribution from engagement to revenue Data Management & Segmentation Maintain clean, accurate lead databases Segment audiences by persona, behavior, industry, and geography Ensure compliance with: GDPR CAN-SPAM CCPA Analytics & Reporting Monitor campaign performance: Open rates CTR Conversion rates Revenue impact Build dashboards in HubSpot, Marketo, Power BI, or Tableau Deliver actionable insights and recommendations Continuous Improvement Stay updated on automation tools and best practices Identify and implement improvements to increase ROI and efficiency Requirements 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign) Hands-on experience building: Workflows Lead scoring models Email campaigns Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Understanding of email compliance and data privacy regulations Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours Nice to Have Certifications in HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot Experience with multi-touch attribution models Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B services Experience integrating tools using APIs or Zapier Tools & Tech HubSpot / Marketo / Pardot / ActiveCampaign / Klaviyo Salesforce / HubSpot CRM / Zoho Excel / Google Sheets Power BI / Tableau Automation and integration tools Why Join Own and optimize marketing automation systems end-to-end Direct impact on lead generation, pipeline, and revenue growth Work at the intersection of marketing, data, and sales operations Opportunity to test, build, and scale automation strategies Fully remote role with strong ownership What Success Looks Like Strong campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) Increased MQL-to-opportunity conversion rates Clear attribution of pipeline and revenue to campaigns Clean, compliant, and well-segmented database Continuous improvements in automation efficiency and ROI Apply Now If you’re a Marketing Automation Specialist who can build workflows, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable growth, we’d love to hear from you.
