In this vital role, you will provide excellent support to Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with travel arrangements, bookings, and inquiries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential in communicating clearly and effectively with customers, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues that arise. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat for travel-related inquiries Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel advice Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions with professionalism Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure excellent service delivery Gather customer feedback to continuously improve services and offerings Stay informed of travel regulations, promotions, and destination information Relocation: This position includes a full relocation package to Greece, covering visa assistance, accommodation support, and relocation logistics.
