The Marketing Director will be responsible for owning the target clinician mindset and driving growth. They will translate the value of our products to our audience of healthcare professionals and develop marketing initiatives to support this. They will also need a deep understanding of our products and our core values coupled with a focus on data-driven decision making. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES * Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with the VP of Revenue and cross-functional leads to create and execute on a B2C and B2B marketing roadmap that drives brand awareness and long-term revenue growth. * Funnel and Lifecycle: Map out and manage the customer lifecycle, building and optimizing customer interactions from initial discovery to retention and reactivation. * Growth through Experimentation: Lead our marketing and cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies across organic and paid channels, with an emphasis on learning through experimenting. * Positioning and GTM: Own the narrative for every clinical role we support. Craft benefit-driven messaging that converts clinicians into subscribers and streamline how our team brings new products and features to market. * Scalable Advocacy: Build and manage programs that foster community, incentivize referrals, and deepen Hippo’s connection with its target learner. * Customer Empathy: Become the internal expert on our clinicians. Turn research into human insights that shape how we talk to, support, and grow our community. * B2B & Partner Marketing: Elevate our B2B narrative and sales enablement and oversee our partner marketing initiatives. * Operational Excellence: Ensure brand consistency and operational alignment across all touchpoints. * Data-Driven Accountability: Track, measure and deliver on performance of our marketing initiatives.
