With an expanding eCommerce presence and frequent product launches, they are building a high-performance marketing engine to drive retention, engagement, and revenue across digital channels. Location Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM – 5 PM EST Role Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist will own lifecycle marketing execution across email and SMS while coordinating campaigns across teams. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking around customer journeys, retention, and product launches, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS) Execute and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo and SMS campaigns using Attentive Build and manage campaign calendars, flows, and segmentation strategies Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and timing to improve performance Marketing Calendar & Campaign Coordination Own and maintain the marketing calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns Coordinate with product development, PR, and creative teams Ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned across all channels Product Launch Execution Support product drops by aligning messaging, assets, and campaign execution SEO & Digital Presence Support SEO execution and optimization across website and digital platforms Ensure platforms such as Google and LinkedIn are properly set up and maintained Reporting & Performance Tracking Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights Track KPIs across lifecycle channels and identify optimization opportunities Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the day-to-day coordinator for marketing and eCommerce execution Align with the social media team for omni-channel consistency Communicate proactively with leadership on performance and priorities Secondary Responsibilities Meta Paid Ads Maintenance & Execution Maintain paid campaigns through Meta Business Manager following established processes Monitor performance and ensure smooth execution with minimal build-out required Qualifications Experience 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or DTC marketing Experience managing lifecycle marketing campaigns and execution Skills Strong experience with Klaviyo and/or Attentive Experience managing marketing calendars and coordinating campaigns Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and digital analytics Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Experience collaborating with creative and product teams Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Proactive and detail-oriented with strong ownership of execution What Success Looks Like Consistent execution of high-performing email and SMS campaigns Well-managed marketing calendar with no missed launches or delays Strong alignment across product, creative, and marketing teams Improved retention, engagement, and repeat purchase behavior Clear and consistent performance reporting that drives decision-making Opportunity This is a high-impact opportunity to own lifecycle marketing within a fast-growing DTC brand.
