We strive to build strong relationships with our merchants, offering seamless onboarding processes that drive their success and satisfaction.VisionOur Account Coordination team’s vision is to be a leading Merchant Services Account Coordination team, known for our expertise, professionalism and personalized support that results in long term relationships and satisfaction.  We aim to streamline the merchant onboarding journey by identifying and implementing efficiencies and best practices for a stand out merchant experience. Responsibilities: <ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Directly manage the new merchant application process including:<ul><li style="list-style-type:circle;">processing new applications</li><li style="list-style-type:circle;">following-up with merchants by phone and email to collect missing financial information</li><li style="list-style-type:circle;">ensuring the quality and accuracy of documents collected</li><li style="list-style-type:circle;">facilitating cross-functional communication among sales, customer success and our underwriting departments.</li></ul></li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Collaborate with our sales, customer success and underwriting teams for the successful onboarding of new merchants.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Answer and screen inbound phone calls, including appropriately delegating inbound phone leads.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Organize and manage a regular pipeline of 30+ merchant applications. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Communicate with clients on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction and conflict resolution.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Use our internal software systems to document tasks, track projects and communicate with team members. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain proper documentation and organization within our systems while keeping sensitive data secure. </li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">1+ years experience in customer service required, preferably in a financial services or merchant services environment.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience in merchant onboarding or account management is highly preferred</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience with Google Suite products and Mac operating systems preferred</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience with Confluence products (Wiki, Jira), Zoom and/or Salesforce is a plus</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Excellent phone etiquette</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Demonstrated experience in successful conflict resolution</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong organizational skills</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment</li></ul>About PayJunctionFounded in 2000 by three UCSB graduates, PayJunction has grown from a bootstrapped startup to a recognized and respected leader in the payments industry.
