Based in Byron Bay, we have big growth plans for 2026 and are building a warm, collaborative remote team where your contributions truly matter.<br><br>The Role<br><br>Weâre looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support our customers across email , chat, and social channels. Youâll help solve issues, process orders and returns, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.<br><br>What Youâll Do<br><br><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via Gorgias</li><li>Process returns, refunds, and order amendments in Shopify/Loop</li><li>Escalate issues when needed and keep clear ticket notes</li><li>Participate in team training, QA, and meetings</li><li>Meet daily productivity and quality standards<br><br></li></ul>What Weâre Looking For<br><br><ul><li>1â3 years eCommerce customer service experience</li><li>Strong written English and professional communication</li><li>Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Loop (or similar)</li><li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at time management<br><br></li></ul><strong>Bonus Points<br><br></strong>Experience with multi-channel support or returns platforms<br><br>Hours / Location<br><br>Full-time (5 days/week) including occasional weekends, Sydney hours (AEST).
