The Opportunity Superhuman is building the future of how teams work, and we're looking for a Director of Enterprise Product Marketing to own the go-to-market narrative for our managed business, customers served by dedicated Sales and Customer Success teams. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility leadership role sitting at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success, reporting directly to the VP of Product, Enterprise. The scope is broad and strategic, but we are still a startup at heart and need someone who is hands on and feels urgency to move quickly. You'll own enterprise-wide positioning across our full product suite, packaging our products into compelling solutions for enterprise buyers. You'll define how we show up to admins and buyers and build the customer marketing programs that deepen customer engagement and drive expansion. Finally, you will own our analyst relations program. This role is ideal for an experienced product marketing leader who knows what it takes to win in a B2B sales motion, and is ready to develop and continue to build the enterprise PMM function at one of the most ambitious AI companies on the market. Ownership In This Role, You Will: Own enterprise-wide positioning and messaging for the full Superhuman product suite — packaging Go, Grammarly, Coda, and Mail into compelling, segment-specific narratives that solve real business problems for enterprise buyers Build and own cross-product solution narratives, developing the connective tissue that ties our capabilities into differentiated, buyer-ready stories for champions, economic buyers, and buying committees Lead all admin- and buyer-focused product marketing: defining the personas/ICPs, crafting the value propositions, and building the assets that drive executive-level confidence and purchasing decisions Own Security, Privacy, and Trust as a product marketing capability — translating our technical posture into enterprise-ready narratives for CISOs, IT leaders, and security-conscious buyers Drive managed customer marketing — building programs that deepen engagement, accelerate product adoption, and strengthen retention and expansion across our enterprise base Own our analyst relations program, deepening our relationships with industry analysts and ensuring that Superhuman is top of mind for enterprise buyers Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product to shape the enterprise go-to-market strategy — understanding what's winning and losing in the field and translating those insights into sharper positioning, stronger enablement, and better-converting campaigns Build and develop a high-performing enterprise PMM team, establishing the function's scope, processes, and standards for excellence Qualifications You have 10+ years in product marketing, with at least 4 years leading senior PMM functions in enterprise or B2B SaaS. You have a proven track record operating in Sales- and CS-driven go-to-market motions, with demonstrated success winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You have experience building solutions narratives that package multi-product portfolios into segment-specific stories that resonate with enterprise buyers. You have a track record of building and leading high-performing PMM teams. You have exceptional storytelling and writing ability — you can make complex, multi-product capabilities clear and compelling for both business and technical audiences. You have a former sales and org rev leaders willing to vouch for you as a key stakeholder in driving business success. You are AI-pilled and use AI tools daily (hourly) to get your job done. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
