This role involves developing long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients, with a focus on understanding their goals and connecting them to the unique marketing and networking value our conferences provide. Through direct outreach, research, and relationship-building, you&#8217;ll help ensure the success and growth of our events across multiple industries.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><b>Position Level:</b>&#160;Intermediate<br><b>Job Type:</b> FT International Consultant<br><b>Compensation:</b> $1,000 USD per month + unlimited commissions<br><b>Location:</b> Remote<br><strong>Important: Only English resumes and cover letters will be considered.</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Conduct outreach to prospective clients leveraging multiple channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social media platforms, to drive engagement and secure sponsorship participation</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship opportunities while managing the full sales cycle for sponsorship packages<br>Maintain accurate records of all leads, communications, and updates in the CRM database</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Conduct ongoing industry research to identify new leads, enhance conference content, and stay informed on market trends</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and identify new business opportunities</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrate professionalism, strong product knowledge, and a solutions-oriented approach throughout all client interactions</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Attend select conferences to support onsite relationship-building, execution, and client service</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with team members to share insights, optimize client engagement efforts, and drive collective results</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates, exchange feedback, and contribute to ongoing process improvements</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">College degree is preferred</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Valid U.S. entry visa required.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Advanced English skills in verbal and written communication are required</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">1&#8211;3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or events</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven ability to sell intangible services and communicate value effectively</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Professional and engaging communication skills with a confident, persuasive presence</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Customer service or call center experience is a plus</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience in the hospitality or event sales industry is preferred</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work independently and collaboratively</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Competitive personality, a drive to exceed expectations, and outperform peers</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Open to occasional travel to support live events</span></li></ul><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><u><strong>Benefits &amp; Work Environment:</strong></u><br>At Opal Group, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive and supportive work culture.
