Inside Sales Representative with Spanish and French

Your responsibilities - Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships - Work closely and collaboratively with field sales, purchasing, and product management - Prepare and issue customer-specific quotations and ensure consistent follow-up - Support CSR (Customer Service Representative) in high-value orders booking. - Manage booking Blanket +CA - Monitor all Blankets in CRM. - Customer master data management. - Perform as a support for controlling (credit hold/overdue invoices reports). - Oversee API requests and handle escalations Our requirements - Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in international environment - A way of working focused on finding solutions and helping customers - Self-prioritizing tasks, solid organizational skills - Fluency in French and Spanish for managing customer relations. Strong command of English for daily communication during meetings and in written correspondence. - Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and remote working tools
