Purpose of the role: The Trainee Project Manager role is responsible for supporting the core areas of Change Management: Project Management Office (PMO) and Project Management. You will work within a supportive team and get involved in a range of different tasks such as supporting small, localised projects (or specific small projects within programmes or larger projects). Through the level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship, you will learn and grow technical knowledge in the following areas: · Project management fundamentals such as scheduling, budgeting, and cost control · Business case and benefits, planning and scope, and quality · Resources and procurement · Risks and issues · Stakeholder communication, leadership, and teamwork · Governance and methodologies By the end of the apprenticeship, you will achieve your Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship.
