Role The selected candidates will work closely with the Durban Business Owner and the team to manage day-to-day operations, supporting the business during peak operational hours. The role will largely follow the existing Operations function, with a focus on admin support, customer experience, and operational coordination. Key responsibilities include: Admin panel support and inventory updates Customer service and player support Operational assistance during peak hours Other ad hoc operational and administrative tasks Relevant experience, e.g. hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, inventory management Excellent English communication skills Strong attention to detail Passion for customer service Friendly positive attitude and team player Bachelor's Degree/Diploma Interest in football is a BIG PLUS Experience working overseas or with international companies a PLUS Other Details 3–4 days per week supporting operations during peak hours, especially Durban evenings
